Through private one to one lessons, Laura aims to tailor lessons around the individual flautist. As a teacher she is experienced in teaching a variety of ages, and intends to make the lessons unique for the student - depending on their experience, personality, strengths and weaknesses. Aims of flute lessons are:
- To be fun, entertaining, interesting
- Noticeable improvements in student’s playing each week
- A large and varied amount of music covered
- To help students achieve their full playing potential
- To support the student in any aspirations/interests they have
Students can be entered for exams if they wish – this is often a great way of monitoring progress and having goals to work for.
